Job Role / Responsibilities:


You would be required to primarily deal with collecting and compiling HR metrics and data from a variety of sources for a meaningful and comprehensive monthly analysis and dashboard reporting for the senior HR leadership to gauge performance against set institutional and industry standards. This position is also expected to actively support in development of HR strategic plan.


Specifically, you will be responsible to;


  • Manage and analyze workforce data to generate meaningful business insights, supporting strategic workforce planning and talent analytics.
  • Collect and integrate business intelligence from various sources to develop insightful metrics, reports, and self-service dashboards.
  • Identify workforce trends and compile actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making within HR and at the organizational level.
  • Define and recommend key performance benchmarks for HR metrics.
  • Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and BI tools to monitor key strategies and deliverables, providing leadership with critical decision support.
  • Design reporting solutions that enable customized data visualization and trend analysis across large datasets, improving efficiency in strategic HR initiatives.
  • Support the development and tracking of HR’s short- and long-term goals, key performance measures, and milestones.
  • Assist in the formulation and continuous monitoring of the HR strategy.
  • Plan, coordinate, and prepare materials for weekly HR Senior Leadership Team meetings.
  • Deliver timely analysis while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:


  • At least a BS degree in Human Resources, Economics, Finance, or another field that uses quantitative analysis (mathematics). MS degree will be preferred
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in collaborating on projects involving multiple teams, managing relationships with stakeholders, and presenting to executive audiences, of which at least 1 years in leading strategic planning in large, multi-national firms.
  • Solid understanding of people metrics with the ability to explain the data insights to business and HR partners.
  • Ability to be a hands-on leader that can move from long term strategy to day to day tactical operations challenges.
