Job Role / Responsibilities:


You would be required to primarily deal with collecting and compiling HR metrics and data from a variety of sources for a meaningful and comprehensive monthly analysis and dashboard reporting for the senior HR leadership to gauge performance against set institutional and industry standards. This position is also expected to actively support in development of HR strategic plan.


Specifically, you will be responsible to;


  • To manage and analyse workforce data to generate meaningful business insights. To play an important role in analysing and providing data for strategic workforce planning and talent analytics.
  • Gather business intelligence from a variety of sources for the creation of creative and compelling metrics, reporting and self-service dashboards.
  • Compile business intelligence or trends to support actionable recommendations on people related matters within HR and at an organisational level, including where to focus and invest.
  • Identify and recommend reportable benchmarks for key performance metrics.
  • Compile HR data to develop metrics to monitor key HR strategies and deliverables and report to management while providing decision support through HR metrics.
  • Design reporting tools that allow users to customise different views of metrics, or slices of results over large data sets in order to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of key strategic projects and processes for future needs within the HR function.
  • Support in developing and consolidating HR's short and long-term goals, key performance measures and milestones.
  • Actively support in development of HR strategy and coordination in continuous monitoring of the same thereon..
  • Plan, facilitate, and develop material for the weekly HR Senior Leadership Team meetings.
  • Execute timely analysis while managing multiple competing priorities.

Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:


  • At least a BS degree in Human Resources, Economics, Finance, or another field that uses quantitative analysis (mathematics). MS degree will be preferred
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in collaborating on projects involving multiple teams, managing relationships with stakeholders, and presenting to executive audiences, of which at least 1 years in leading strategic planning in large, multi-national firms.
  • Solid understanding of people metrics with the ability to explain the data insights to business and HR partners.
  • Ability to be a hands-on leader that can move from long term strategy to day to day tactical operations challenges.
