We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Vice President – Finance Operations


Principal responsibilities


  • Managing complex accounting events such as manual journals, which are key to the ledger close, provide robust accounting and business insight into analysis, substantiation, exception management and book closure
  • Monitor the entity PL, to ensure consistency. Responsible for providing elaborated rationale for any abnormal movement.
  • Ensure timely closing of ledger as per Group timelines.
  • Managing monthly and quarterly Reporting, MI and manual returns.
  • SME in closure of books per IFRS
  • Extensive involvement with all stakeholders.
  • Deliver a well-controlled GL close and Reporting process under Group/Local Requirements for the entities in scope.
  • Be responsible for reviewing and monitoring adequacy of internal controls in the process.
