Join us as a Project Manager in our Islamabad office, where you will oversee the successful execution of product initiatives and projects from inception to completion. You will engage with stakeholders, manage teams, and ensure that all project milestones are met on time and within scope. Your role will involve implementing agile project management methodologies and driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-impact products/ solutions to our clients.
Develop, own, and drive product strategy and new product development for Supply Chain Finance business
Oversee the day-to-day operating needs of Supply Chain Product Management
Manage technology developers, clients, vendors, and internal partners
Act as the primary liaison with key partners such as business operations, technology, and legal, compliance, and risk.
Build and maintain effective relationships with finance, credit, and marketing teams
Enable the success of sales colleagues: participate in client calls as required; assist with technical sales for complex products, facilitate training and development and lead development of appropriate collateral
Monitor and communicate risks associated with the product set. Understand the impact of regulatory changes and guide product and process adaptation
Lead teams and mentor and develop junior team members
Maintain active industry engagement to build product brand and help inform strategic direction
2 years of experience in product management
Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on tight deadlines
Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services
Understanding and background in agile methodology
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
A hand-on understanding of the Product management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Atlassian)
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results
Basic understanding of Trade and Supply Chain Finance Products is preferred - Letters of Credit, Collections, Trade Receivables and Payables
Background in Supply Chain, Fintech, or E-commerce industry is preferred
Familiarity with Design, Front-End and Back-End Product development is preferred
Academic background in Computer Sciences and Software Engineering is preferred
