Job Responsibility:
● Manage multiple teams of technicians/engineers in field
● Motivate team members to achieve better performance
● Review team member performance and provide timely feedback
● Monitor on field team performance & keep a strict check
● Building relationship with car dealers
● Ensure Customer satisfaction
● Provide reports to data entry team and make sure all cars data entered is accurate
● Hire resources to add more teams in the city as per the requirement
● Add more cities in near region considering the potential in mind

● Must have strong communication and organizational skills
