About the job Assistant Officer

Hrsi is looking for Assistant Officer for one of its leading client.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Compliance and Enforcement:
    • Ensure adherence to company policies, regulations, and legal requirements.
    • Monitor and enforce compliance with rules and procedures.
  2. Operations Management:
    • Oversee day-to-day operations within the assigned area.
    • Coordinate with other departments or teams to ensure efficient workflow.
  3. Reporting and Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required.
    • Document incidents, activities, or observations in detail.
  4. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:
    • Address and resolve issues or conflicts as they arise.
    • Make informed decisions based on available information and guidelines.
  5. Communication:
    • Act as a liaison between various departments or external parties.
    • Provide clear and effective communication to stakeholders.
  6. Customer/Client Service:
    • Assist and support clients or customers as needed.
    • Address inquiries or concerns in a professional manner.
  7. Training and Development:
    • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on relevant skills and knowledge.
    • Provide guidance or training to new or less experienced staff members.
  8. Safety and Security:
    • Ensure a safe and secure environment within the workplace or assigned area.
    • Respond to emergency situations and follow appropriate protocols.

Qualifications:


  • Education: Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent; some roles may require a college degree or specialized training.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or industry may be preferred.
