Drive growth and excellence by conducting rigorous follow-ups with the ground operations team, ensuring that SLAs are met and proactively resolving any challenges that arise.
Plan and optimize processes and workflows to boost efficiency, enhance productivity, and ensure timely delivery of goods. Constantly strive for improvement (Kaizen) in operational processes.
Track and monitor hub performance closely for merchants. Generate reports and provide actionable insights to management for informed decision-making.
Present data in a visual and easy-to-read format to key stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams.
Provide training and guidance to operational staff, ensuring that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to perform at their best.
Collaborate with stakeholders from different teams such as product, customer experience, and finance to align operational efforts with overall business goals.
Effectively lead team-building sessions with warehouse workers to boost morale and productivity
Proven 2 to 3 yrs experience in operations, logistics, or a similar role.
Bachelors in BBA or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills to train, guide, and motivate operational staff.
A proactive attitude towards solving operational challenges and optimizing workflows.
