1. Identify and onboard new clients for NVOCC and freight forwarding services, targeting importers, exporters, and
logistics providers.
2. Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.
3. Achieve a gross profit of at least 3 time of monthly salary
4. Develop and maintain a substantial portfolio of potential customers for the company.
5. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, documentation, and customer service) to ensure smooth
execution of shipments and on-time delivery.
6. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to enhance visibility and networking opportunities.
7. Mentor junior sales staff, providing guidance and sharing best practices to improve overall team performance.
8. Conduct periodic reviews with key clients to discuss performance, gather feedback, and plan future collaborations.
