Job Description
As a Assistant Manager Operations and Fulfillment at PakWheels. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end fulfillment process, ensuring operational efficiency, vendor compliance, and seamless delivery execution. The role involves managing logistics, third-party partnerships, and complaint resolution to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize fulfillment performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor vendor compliance policies and performance metrics.
- Maintain vendor scorecards to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Identify non-compliance issues and work with vendors to resolve them.
- Oversee the distribution network to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Monitor and optimize the Profit & Loss (P&L) of deliveries and distribution operations.
- Work closely with logistics partners to improve last-mile delivery efficiency.
- Manage third-party logistics (3PL) accounts, ensuring accurate reconciliation of services.
- Process 3PL payouts in a timely and accurate manner.
- Conduct audits to verify billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and operational support and training for sellers.
- Improve the seller experience by streamlining processes and resolving pain points.
- Work closely with internal teams to enhance seller performance.
- Collaborate with technology and logistics teams for 3PL product integrations.
- Work with cross-functional teams (CFTs) to improve order management and delivery tracking.
- Drive automation and efficiency in fulfillment processes.
- Oversee customer and vendor complaint resolution related to fulfillment and deliveries.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce recurring complaints.
- Work with customer support and operations teams to enhance service quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or fulfillment.
- Experience in vendor management and 3PL coordination is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Google sheets, data analysis, and ERP/OMS systems.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive process improvements.
- Experience working with 3PL partners and handling reconciliation.
