Interwood is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager Business Development Manager to drive sales growth in Multan. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B and B2C sales expertise, a proven track record in furniture, interior solutions, or related industries, and the ability to build relationships with architects, builders, developers, and corporate clients. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, strategic planning, and effective execution to expand our client base and revenue.
Key Responsibilities: - Sales & Client Acquisition: Identify and target new sales leads, focusing on key market categories such as corporate offices, real estate projects, and commercial clients.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with architects, builders, developers, and corporate industries to expand the client network.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a business development plan focused on revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Market Research & Expansion: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive positioning.
- Industry & Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, furniture solutions, customer needs, and marketing practices to enhance sales strategies.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with sales, pricing, and marketing teams to develop competitive pricing strategies and respond promptly to client inquiries.
