Assistant Manager, AI & Data Adoption

Eligibility:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institute/university.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.

Key Responsibilities:

AI & GenAI Model Fine-Tuning:

• Fine-tune responses generated by AI/GenAI models used in conversation channels, ensuring they are accurate, contextually relevant, and aligned with the bank’s standards.
• Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from various bank functions to validate and maintain the knowledge base behind AI models.
• Train and guide SMEs to actively contribute to the knowledge base, ensuring a continuous feedback loop to refine AI model outputs.
• Assist in the development, testing, and refinement of AI and GenAI models.
• Support the deployment and integration of these models into the bank’s systems and processes.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in AI, GenAI, and data science.
• Encourage innovation and experimentation within the team and with SMEs, exploring new opportunities for AI adoption.

Support AI & Data Initiatives:

• Assist in the execution of AI and data projects that align with the bank’s business goals.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure the successful deployment and adoption of AI/GenAI solutions.
• Develop reports and visualizations to communicate the effectiveness of AI initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Work with internal stakeholders across various departments to ideate and explore new AI-driven use cases that add business value.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to identify business needs that AI and data solutions can address.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of programming languages like Python, R, or SQL.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills for working with SMEs and business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to manage stakeholders and SMEs.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the fields of AI, GenAI, and data science.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure quality in AI outputs.
• Self-motivated and proactive in driving the adoption of AI technologies within the organization.
