Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and guide our financial planning. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s finances, including financial planning, management of financial risks, record-keeping, and financial reporting. They will also be responsible for analyzing financial data and providing insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.

- Manage and maintain the company’s accounts using QuickBooks.
- Generate financial reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial data.
Financial Reporting and Analysis: - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
- Analyze financial trends.
Accounts Payable & Receivable Management: - Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Monitor and manage receivables .
Budgeting and Forecasting: - Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor budget variances and ensure proper financial control.
Compliance and Taxation: - Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in filing returns.
- Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities as needed.
Team Coordination: - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
