Job Description

Your Responsibilities will include: 


  • The primary responsibility of the individual will be to have a direct and one - on - one coordination with the partner restaurants. 
  • Responsible for the order growth and GMV growth of the tagged portfolio
  • Major KPIs will include -  NCR Revenue Generation, Deal Penetration, Controlling the Vendor Fail Rate, Controlling the Offline Hours,  Ensuring that maximum inventory stays live.
  • Aligning the strategy of the vendors with the strategy of the company to ensure that the relationship is beneficial for both parties.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the POCs of the tagged vendors and share feedback as to how things can be improved month on month.

Qualifications

Your role in this journey requires the following: 


  • The candidate must have a 4-year degree program from a reputable institution preferably in business administration.
  • 3 years or more experience preferably in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau) and MS Office.
  • Analytical thinking and able to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Highly organized and self-disciplined, able to work on multiple projects in a self-structured and well-prioritized way.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a problem-solving attitude is the cornerstone of your personality.
