Job Description

  •  Oversee and manage all operations and matters related to Finance department.
  • Develop and manage key relationships with respective division heads and senior managers to provide financial support and understanding of short and long-term financial plans.
  •  Monitor budgetary and key performance indicator movements.
  •  Ensure to liaise with the company auditors and regulators.
  •  Responsible for all financial and accounting functions of the organization
  • To ensure effective implementation of all Materials Policies & Procedures following local. legislation, whilst maintaining Accor Standards in Materials Management
  •  Lead in the development and implementation of benchmarking techniques that will enable the divisions at the hotel to enhance revenues while improving productivity and cost efficiencies
  • Promote, drive and maximize the GOP Theoretical Flow Through concept ac at the hotel.
  •  Ensure to manage the development of accounting admissions, credit/collections and internal control policies
  •  Ensure all statutory compliances, permissions and licenses are in place and renewed in time.
  • Supervise the functioning of the Procurement department.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting leadership, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or other relevant advanced degree a plus.
