The Assistant Director of Food & Beverage supports the Director in overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and efficiency. This role involves assisting in strategic planning, managing day-to-day operations, supervising staff, and maintaining inventory and budget controls. The Assistant Director collaborates with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience and adherence to health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the F&B Director in managing operations across all food and beverage outlets.
- Supervise, train, and motivate F&B staff to ensure high-quality service.
- Help develop and implement menus, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Monitor inventory, supplier relations, and cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in F&B management or hospitality.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, budgeting, and inventory management.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
