Job Summary:
- He/she should have experience in BMS & IBMS project sales in the industry.
- Strong in technical & a team player.
- Should have worked with the local consultants and aware of the BMS/IBMS market,
- Savvy on latest trends in the BMS industry, handle tenders (Major Private),
- willing to learn new tools and work under stringent MIS systems.
- Preferably having experience of handling Project Sales
- Should have experience in working with HVAC Consultants, HVAC Contractors, Builders, developers, Hospitality Partners, Healthcare
- Ready to Travel
- Responsible for Order Booking & Revenue for the Year & on month-on-month basis
- Responsible for Generating Lead to Order Closure
- Good experience in the Assigned Market
Products:
BMS, Fire Alarm System, Security products (CCTV Cameras, Access Control systems etc)
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ Years
- Must have a proven track record of developing and closing net new business.
- Must have strong presentation skills and demonstrated experience pricing systems for customers.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related discipline
- Region Handling – Telangana.
