Job Description
We are seeking an innovative and visionary Art & Aesthetics Manager to lead our creative team in delivering high-impact visual solutions. Key Responsibilities:

- Brand Consistency: Oversee the visual direction of all brand-related content, ensuring cohesive branding across digital, print, and outdoor media.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects from conception to completion, meeting deadlines and budgetary constraints.
- Collaboration: Work with social media marketing, content, and creative concepts teams to develop innovative campaigns that reflect both the company’s strategy and creative standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of designers, animators, and other creative professionals to foster a collaborative and inspiring work environment.
- Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and techniques to continuously enhance the brand’s creative output.
- Quality Control: Ensure the highest quality of design standards are met, reviewing all artwork and assets before final delivery.
- Stakeholder Interaction: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide creative solutions.
