About the job Area Sales Manager

We are hiring for the position of Area Sales Manager for Industrial Fuels & Lubricants is responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and overseeing the distribution of fuels and lubricants within a designated region or territory.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales & Revenue Growth:


  • Drive the sales and market penetration of industrial fuels, lubricants, and related products within the assigned area.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
  • Retain and grow existing customer accounts, building long-term relationships.

Customer Relationship Management:


  • Act as the main point of contact for key clients and customers in the region.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on product applications and usage.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional service to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Market Analysis & Reporting:


  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
  • Analyze sales data, monitor regional market conditions, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Track competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Product Knowledge & Technical Expertise:
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's product portfolio, including fuels, lubricants, and related services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and regulatory changes affecting the market.
