Job Description
We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Apps Monetization Manager to lead our monetization efforts and maximize revenue from our app products. This critical role involves developing and executing strategies that enhance in-app ad revenue, and drive overall revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the gaming industry, player behavior, and monetization models, along with strong analytical and collaborative skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive monetization strategies for new and existing Apps.
- Identify and capitalize on revenue-generating opportunities through in-app purchases, ad placements, subscription models, and other monetization methods.
- Analyze user data, behavior, and usage patterns to identify monetization opportunities and optimize existing strategies.
- Conduct regular A/B testing and experiments to refine monetization tactics and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as eCPMs, ARPU, LTV. Collaboration with Product and Development Teams:
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to integrate monetization features seamlessly into the App design.
- Provide input on app design and mechanics to ensure they support and enhance monetization efforts without compromising user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging monetization models.
- Conduct market research to identify best practices and innovative approaches to monetization.
- Monitor and report on the financial performance of monetization strategies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track and analyze key metrics, providing regular updates and insights to senior management.
- Ensure all monetization practices comply with Play policies
- Promote best practices in monetization across the company and provide training to relevant teams.
