Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Siebel Administrator & Application Support Specialist with strong experience in application production support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Siebel Administration, Workflow Configuration, and Unix-based server management, along with a solid understanding of Java-based applications and Oracle technologies. A background in banking is preferred.
Must-Have Skills (Mandatory):
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant technical position within large organizations.
- Experience in Application Production Support within the ITIL Framework.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Application troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance.
- Application performance tuning and optimization.
- Proactive monitoring, incident analysis, and resolution within SLA.
- Strong understanding of Siebel Architecture, including:
- Siebel Administration, Workflow Configuration, EAI, and Siebel Tools.
- Siebel EIM Module hands-on experience.
- Experience in handling interface-related issues and familiarity with Middleware systems like Bawaba/Open API/Microservices.
- Good knowledge of Java-based applications.
- Expertise in Unix Commands & Shell Scripting for automation and server optimization.
- Experience with Oracle SQL & PL/SQL.
- Knowledge of Siebel Server Administration on IBM AIX Platform, including:
- Component parameter analysis, Siebel Gateway Server management.
- WebLogic administration for maintaining BIP and OPA 10 implementations.
- Debugging, fixing, and upgrading the Oracle stack (BIP and OPA).
Good-to-Have Skills (Optional):
- Experience in OBIEE, Informatica & DAC.
- Experience with Oracle Webmaster functionalities and document integration troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with common Siebel browser-related issues and their resolution.
- Capability to enhance and maintain the server, implement bootstrapping, and develop server health monitoring scripts.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Siebel Administration and Application Support.
- Preferred experience in the Banking sector.
- Strong problem-solving skills, proactive approach, and ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
