Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic service and support to ensure smooth functioning of the infrastructure service management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for critical business systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Develop and maintain documentation for support processes and procedures, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and procedures, utilizing good-to-have skills in account management to enhance customer satisfaction. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong knowledge of infrastructure service management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in account management. - Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for critical business systems. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent documentation and communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.15 years of formal education Graduate
