For more information, see www.telenor.comPosition Related:We are looking for an experienced Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC) administrator who would like to take part in managing the Telenor Group’s application for financial consolidation and reporting running on the Oracle Cloud EPM platform.The Application Manager Financial Consolidation will be a member of the Enterprise Performance Management team in Telenor Shared Services (TSS), which is instrumental in managing and developing the Telenor Group’s financial consolidation and reporting applications. TSS has a diverse and highly skilled workforce with employees of many nationalities, serving and collaborating with all the business units in the Telenor Group.GoalsMaintain 99.9% system availability by monitoring and resolving application performance issues promptly. Systems.Deliver timely and accurate financial consolidation, planning, and reporting data to stakeholders.Provide responsive support to finance users, resolving issues within defined SLAs.Provide support for system audits to ensure compliance with financial and IT regulations.Your typical day at workSystem Maintenance & Support:Operate Group application for financial consolidation and reportingMonitor and ensure the continuous performance of Oracle EPM Cloud applications.Resolve application issues, including troubleshooting errors and providing technical support to end users.Ensure that system configuration, test cases, development and test environments are properly maintained and documented.Maintain master data hierarchies which are required for Group reporting purposes.Update application master data and implement functional changes to the Group consolidation applications.Contribute to data reconciliation between applications and source systems.Provide user support and training in the use of Group consolidation applications.Create track of all system updates by Vendor.Process Improvement & Optimization:Recommend and implement best practices to optimize existing workflows and system configurations.Ensure alignment with business requirements and finance best practices.Stay updated on Oracle EPM Cloud advancements and recommend new functionalities or updates that align with business goals.Implementation and support of cloud EPM sustainability solution.User Training & Documentation:Develop and maintain user guides, SOPs, and technical documentation.Train finance and IT teams to maximize Oracle EPM Cloud usage.Compliance & Risk Management:Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory and organizational compliance standards.Mitigate risks by proactively monitoring system vulnerabilities.Eligibility CriteriaEducation:Must be CA/(CA finalist)ACCA Member/ICMA.Strong accounting knowledge (IFRS).Oracle certifications in EPM.Work experience: At least 3+ years of experience as an FCC administrator and/or FCC application developer.Excellent working knowledge of Oracle Cloud EPM / Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC)In-depth knowledge about legislation and international standards pertaining to corporate accounting and financial consolidation in a listed entity with operations in many countries.Thorough knowledge of financial reporting processes in a large corporation.Functional Skills / Knowledge AreasWorking knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM).Working knowledge of FCC/Task Manager, EPM Automate, and Cloud EPM Data Management.Working knowledge of other Cloud EPM application platforms, like Planning and Tax Reporting.Willingness to assume both design, development, maintenance, and error handling work.Willingness to "go the extra mile" to resolve critical problems.Ability to work efficiently and accurately to deliver quality work.Ability to keep calm and make good decisions under time pressure.What We OfferCollaboration in a diverse and highly skilled team.Hybrid / Flexible working hours.Opportunities for growth & development.Exciting challenges.International working environment
