Application/IT Support Analyst

Job Knowledge :-

• Strong in Core Java/J2EE and Unix Scripting and Understanding of banking and related transactions and processes
• Strong knowledge and experience in oracle SQL
• 5+ years of Experience

Key Deliverables :- As Coe Channels Production Support resource: Should be capable of analyzing functional Specification based on business and related changes. Should be capable of doing impact analysis. Should be interested and willing for production support with investigation and root cause analysis.

Main Tasks :- Support Application Production issues Reported via Remedy Co-ordinate with business on resolving priority issue Ensure transparency with effective communications on BAU issue and challenges if any and ensure no escalations. Take ownership of application support and ensure nil disruption by carrying out pro-active health checks.
