We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.
In this role, you will:
- Total IT ownership of the Service.
- Timely adherence to all the HSBC controls that are applied to the service.
- You will lead a platform providing technical products as a service to other consuming technology teams.
- You will set out a vision and roadmap for your platform while engaging with customers, stakeholders, and users to understand their perspectives and feedback.
- You will be a product and agile evangelist organising around value and lean principles.
- You will need to get the root of technology challenges, understand them, and chart a solution using the people, tools and resources available to you.
- You will always be putting the customer experience first.
- Incident and Change review with Service Resilience teams.
- Backup and Recovery Testing of data for all the owned services.
- Co-ordinate Disaster Recovery activities for all the owned services.
- Engage with multiple teams to achieve timely delivery of business outcomes.
- Timely application of Server patches, application patches for safe and secure operations.
