Reporting to the Manager,Business Intelligence you are expected to analyse, program, maintain, andexpand operational reporting, business intelligence (BI), and data warehouse(DW) solutions as part of Business Intelligence Team (BIT) under Global Data andAnalytics Office (GDAO) within ICT. You must have excellent analytical andproblem-solving skills whilst working independently in a global organizationwith minimal supervision.

Specifically, you willbe responsible to;

• create and maintain BIapplications whilst gaining in-depth understanding of the existingapplications, both the technical and business aspects
• design, develop, and supportdevelopment of reporting framework(s), data warehouse, datasets, ETL packages,dashboards, and analytical reports
• participate in all phases ofsolution development from business requirements, analysis, design, development,and implementation phases
• develop and grow understandingand application of Data Modelling and Data Analysis Techniques
• work on data management,integration and reporting tools in use including but not limited to SSIS, SSMS,SSRS, IBM Cognos, and Power BI; and be proficient in the same over time
• liaison with Business users /Sections / Departments / others to gather and validate requirements fordelivery of the results
• operate within practices andprocedures for smooth functioning of all operational services as per qualitystandards.
• continue to add \ evolve bestpractices, processes for solution development
• develop and documenttest plans and user manuals. 10. Participate in or support work stream planningprocess.

• possessa formal and recognized degree in Computer Science or related disciplines, suchas Bachelor and\or Masters in Computer Science, MBA in MIS, etc. ProfessionalCertification in a relevant field will be an added advantage
• 0 to 2years of professional experience in working with BI/Data warehouse/Data sciencetools
• theideal candidate will have - expertise in Microsoft SQL Server \ BI Solutions,Exposure \ experience with IBM Cognos Analytics, Basic knowledge of Python \ R
• abilityto understand the importance of clean and well-governed data and effectivelyleverage data and analytics to help the organization make data-driven businessdecision.
• abilityto work with a global team to achieve a common vision across the organizationand globally to support data and analytics needs
