JOB PURPOSE


Superintendence over warehousing, re-packing activities in the most cost-effective way keeping established quality parameters. Creating and improving processes and ways of working. Assuring great place to work and safe work conditions for all employees.


WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE


  • Supervision of all Unilever warehousing and distribution networks.
  • Monitoring of warehousing operations and inventory control.
  • Supervision and control of domestic transport and distribution activities to ensure superior service.
  • Supervision and control of all re-packing operations.
  • Finding and implementing new and more effective processes and ways of working
  • Monitoring of procedures and instructions in execution by 3rd party companies
  • Proposals and negotiations of agreements with 3rd party companies.
  • Tender for warehousing services preparation and execution
  • Cost control of warehousing, value added services and consumer promotion services.
  • Lead the agenda of transformation of Out bound distribution to maximize efficiency.
  • Ware housing KPIs - Key Performance Indicators designing and reporting.
  • Drive Health and Safety in all warehousing operations.
  • Participation in budgeting process and budget execution
  • Execution of warehouse lease and sub-lease contracts
  • Compliance with controls, regulatory requirements & company policies is mandatory for all warehousing operations & associated services
  • Upskilling and professional development of DC managers

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED


Experiences & Qualifications


  • 3-5 years working experience in warehousing / transportation.
  • Practical knowledge of warehousing, transportation and customs issues.
  • Hand on Experience of ERP/WMS/SAP
