JOB PURPOSE
In this role you will support in leading and driving initiatives for Pakistan IC inventory performance, business waste and agility through KPI tracking; process improvement, highlighting areas of focus and propose solutions for areas of improvement by drawing on best practice, and ensuring the planning excellence.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Lead the development and facilitating the deployment of new capabilities/roll-outs in the Demand, Supply & Distribution Planning
- Lead RTVA and overall digitalization agenda together with digital team and country planning team
- Coordinate and consolidate the roadmaps and key planning JBTD across the region
- Lead Planning community to continuously improve performance; and facilitates the exchange and deployment of best practices
- Deep-dive analysis of performance of IC Category to propose improvement areas on BW; Inventory, SKU complexity and DBNR
- Identify opportunities to tackle structural drivers of inventory and waste by providing in depth analysis of countries performance on regular basis, highlight areas for improvement through loss trees, maturity assessment analysis.
- Drive No touch Planning agenda and define the roadmap & action plans and follow the adherence by BU
- Have regular engagement with countries to discuss supply chain process related issues with Process Champions
- Develop a skill assessment and development plan; and ensure that it is implemented and follows-up regularly
- Ensure global alignment on all solutions provided/deployed
- Own process excellence KPIs thru Business Excellence Reports
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of Experience in Supply Chain Planning, particularly Supply Planning & Forecasting and Demand Planning in Unilever or FMCG industry.
Skills
- Good understanding of SAP ECC, SAP APO, SAP BW, particularly Forecasting and Re-pack Planning functionality
- Knowledge/understanding of S&OP processes and cross-functional working
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A good manufacturing basic appreciation knowledge
