Position: Airport Traffic Controller
Location: Reko Diq Mine Site - Baluchistan
Qualification: Minimum qualification in air traffic control training from a recognized institution.
Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience as an air traffic controller or in a related aviation role
Requirements
Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise instructions under pressure. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills to manage multiple aircraft and avoid potential conflicts. Proficiency in using radar, radio communication, and other air traffic control equipment. Ability to stay calm and focused in high-stress situations. Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and safety protocols.
Responsibilities
Direct and monitor aircraft movements, ensuring safe air traffic control, coordination with ground staff, and compliance with aviation safety protocols.
