Role Summary


Presales Expert - AdTech & Quantica, will be a key contributor to the sales cycle, collaborating with customers and internal teams to design and deliver cutting-edge AdTech & Quantica solutions. This role will leverage deep technical expertise to provide pre-sales support, create tailored proposals, and lead product demonstrations that effectively address customer needs. Presales Expert - AdTech & Quantica will help drive the growth of our AdTech & Quantica business while ensuring customer success and satisfaction.


Requirements


Key Responsibilities


  • Solution Design & Architect:
    Work with the sales team to design and propose AdTech & Quantica solutions tailored to meet customer needs. Act as a subject matter expert during customer meetings and provide technical advice regarding AdTech & Quantica architectures, components, and deployment strategies.
  • Pre-sales Presentations & Demonstrations:
    Deliver product demos, presentations, and technical workshops to customers, effectively communicating the value proposition and capabilities of the AdTech & Quantica solutions in alignment with customer requirements.
  • Requirements Gathering:
    Collaborate with customers to understand their technical and business requirements. Translate these requirements into effective solutions that meet the business goals while addressing scalability, security, and operational needs.
  • Proposal Creation:
    Develop detailed technical proposals and responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), including cost estimates, architectural diagrams, solution descriptions, and project timelines.
  • Proof of Concept (PoC) & Pilot Projects:
    Lead or support the development and execution of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and pilot projects for potential customers to demonstrate the feasibility and benefits of the proposed AdTech & Quantica solutions.
  • Competitive Analysis:
    Conduct technical analysis of competitor offerings, identifying differentiators and helping to position the company’s AdTech & Quantica solutions more effectively in the marketplace.
  • Customer Engagement:
    Provide ongoing support throughout the sales cycle, from initial customer interactions to contract signing. Address technical queries and ensure customers are well-informed about the solutions being proposed.
  • Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
    Work closely with the sales, product and platform teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically viable and can be successfully delivered. Ensure smooth transitions from presales to the delivery phase.

Technical Skills


  • Strong understanding of AdTech & Quantica technologies and architectures (e.g., AdTech & Quantica platforms, cloud, edge computing, connectivity, sensors, and devices).
  • Familiarity with AdTech & Quantica protocols (e.g., MQTT, CoAP, HTTP, etc.), network topologies, and cloud integration (AWS AdTech & Quantica, Azure AdTech & Quantica, Google Cloud AdTech & Quantica).
  • Knowledge of analytics and data processing frameworks in the context of AdTech & Quantica solutions.
  • Exposure to enterprise IT systems and understanding of security, scalability, and compliance in AdTech & Quantica implementations.
