Position Administrator & Logistics 
Location Reko Diq Mine Site – Balochistan
Qualification Graduated in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics or related careers.
Experience
  • 2 to 4 years of total work experience.
  • 1 years of experience in supervisory roles in supply chain (desirable).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative and logistical support roles
  • Experience in project management processes (desirable)

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for leading the accreditation process for all international suppliers as per Reko Diq regulations. Follow up creation of work passes for mine entry according to the contract or PO of services executed.
  • Responsible for accrediting all employees entering the mine with temporary work assignments in RDMC, as well as creating the passes for administrative visits to the site.
  • Coordination of site requirements for visitors (lodging in/out the site, charter).
  • To support and provide all the necessary documents to our customs broker for the release of RDMC merchandise in Pakistan.
  • In charge of monthly statements validation in coordination with geologists.
  • Raise Purchase Requisitions and Receipt of goods and services in SAP.
  • Responsible for timely sending all invoices for goods and services with the previously approved supports and service sheets to the Accounts Payable department for accounting purposes. 
  • Ensure the reconciliation of account statements with our suppliers for cost control purposes.
  • Maintain inventory control and consumption records to facilitate early replenishment, in coordination with project managers.
  • Ensure the availability of materials and services in field offices.
  • Comply and enforce compliance with the Health and Safety System, promoting a culture of prevention based on visible leadership with commitment.
  • Comply and enforce compliance with the Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy, Barrick's Human Rights Policy and the provisions of the law, in particular the processes established with respect to Conflicts of Interest, links and interactions with government officials, payments to government officials/entities, Vendor Onboarding and report any situation related to non-compliance with these instruments.
  • Comply and enforce compliance with the policies and procedures of the Environmental Management System, as well as the commitments assumed by the company in environmental matters; ensuring a culture of care for the environment.
  • Comply with and enforce Community Relations policies and procedures, fostering respectful treatment of local communities, ensuring a Culture of Community Development.
  • Comply with the responsibilities described in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), Instructions, Operating Guides or Manuals, Manufacturer's Instructions, and other applicable documents, associated with the controls of the environmental aspects described in the corresponding IDEAA Table and/or Environmental Management Program(s) and/or Operational Control Matrix.
  • Comply with all regulations, requirements, programs and initiatives contained in the theoretical framework (procedures, policies, process descriptions, among others) related to the organization's Health and Safety Management.
