Job Overview:


We are looking for an Administrative Support Assistant to join the existing Production Team.The role is to administrate the production of training courses, generally in the form of videos, correction and refreshment of existing courses, by using a bespoke well-established system. The courses will be set up and uploaded on our system. Quality assurance is also part of the role.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for managing tasks and ensure timely delivery.
  • Quality assurance of their own and teams' work to ensure tasks have been completed to standards.
  • Work alongside the content designers and marketing team to provide support as needed
  • System usability testing and end-user experience testing related to the department's operations
  • Delivery of content material for our training library and website
  • Attend weekly meetings with the Production team to evaluate progress and plan production
    Perform other related duties as assigned

Essential Skills


  • Excellent knowledge of English, both verbal and written
    Great communication skills, both verbal and in writing
  • Excellent use of Windows or macOS
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools especially PowerPoint
    Knowledge of Basic Video Editing is desirable
  • Attention to detail with good proofreading skills
    Time management and coordination skills
    Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
    Capable of quickly learning new skills
  • Adjustable to system changes
  • Teamwork driven attitude
  • Proactive thinking and willing to learn and innovate new systems to improve team effectiveness
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent

Job Details:


Experience: 1+ Years
Work Days: Monday to Friday 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Location: Islamabad
