About the job Administration Intern
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our Administration, Travel, and Security departments. This short-term position will offer hands-on experience in operational processes, coordination, and logistical management within an NGO setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks including documentation, filing, and data entry.
- Support travel arrangements for staff, including booking flights, accommodations, and transport.
- Coordinate with the security team to update travel advisories and maintain safety protocols.
- Help organize meetings and prepare required materials.
- Liaise with vendors for service-related needs and assist in procurement processes.
- Respond to queries related to travel and administrative support.
- Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
