Position: Admin Officer
Location: Reko Diq Mine Site Balochistan
Qualification:
Intermediate/Bachelor Degree.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings and events.
- Respond to inquiries and requests from employees and external parties.
- Manage relationships with travel agencies, accommodation providers, and other vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure favorable terms.
- Monitor vendor performance and resolve any issues.
