About the job Admin Manager

Job Responsibilities:


  • Ensure smooth daily operations by coordinating between departments and managing schedules.
  • Oversee procurement manage resources, and maintain facility operations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Assist with onboarding, training and providing administrative support to staff.
  • Help monitor and manage departmental budgets and expenditures.
  • Act as a point of contact between management and staff facilitating effective communication.
  • Inventory and finance management.

Job Specification:


  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations, safety standards.
  • Bachelors in relevant field. LLB along with Bachelors is preferred.
  • 4-5 years of experience in a facility based setting at a managerial position.
  • 30-38 years age limit.
