We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist  


In this role you will:


The Active Directory Engineer will be a member of the Active Directory Level 3 Engineering team. The successful candidate will work across various businesses and technology organizations within HSBC to research, design and release standards for corporate Active Directory and related environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • This role requires an in-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server 2012 & 2019, Quest Tools, Windows Security, and related technology.
  • Key member of our Engineering team Interfacing, collaborating, and governing all work related to this role. 
  • Collaborate closely with Audit related teams to progress Audit type items in a timely manner.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment with a “can do” attitude capable of overcoming difficult challenges. 
  • Identify opportunities to innovate, extend and enhance service delivery everywhere possible. 
  • Coordinate and lead projects through all phases of design and implementation. 
  • Architectural health of Active Directory (schema, trusts, OU structure, etc.)
  • Own Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management for corporate Identity Management environment. 
  • Serves as escalation point for application support and troubleshooting provides guidance and direction in resolution of escalated issues and/or complex production, application, or system problems.
