Accountant, Payroll (Finance)

Job Role / Responsibilities:


Reporting to the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for preparation of monthly profit working and member account of Employees Provident and Gratuity Fund, checking full and final settlement workings and vouchers of outgoing employees and preparation of monthly invoice and reconconciliation of contra account.


Specifically, you will be responsible to;


  • prepare Full & Final Settlement (PeopleSoft HRMS and FSCM)
  • create supplier for Full & Final Settlement in FSCM
  • preparation Full & Final Settlement Vouchers
  • check and approve employees banking details
  • prepare reconciliations and schedules on monthly basis with respect to Payroll Accounts and prepare JV’s as per adjustments required
  • payment preparation of Non Full Time Employees
  • prepare monthly JV
  • coordinate with HR and other department of payroll processing and other payments
  • assist in preparation of financial statements of funds.

Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:


  • at least Graduate from reputable university with majors in Finance
  • 2 years experience would be preferable
  • proficiency in computer skill, especially in MS. Office, (Excel, Word, Power point)
  • ability to work under pressure.
