Pavago is seeking a detail-oriented Account Manager (Marketing Operations) to oversee our client services. This pivotal role involves managing client onboarding, setup, reporting, and ensuring that key marketing processes—such as campaign tracking, performance reporting, and workflow standardization—are effectively followed. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, as well as experience managing multiple clients in a fast-paced environment. This role is instrumental in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our client portfolio.


Responsibilities


  • Client Onboarding and Setup: Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all systems and marketing workflows are configured correctly and efficiently.
  • Marketing Process Management: Implement and oversee marketing processes, including campaign tracking and execution, performance reporting and analytics, workflow standardization to streamline operations, and quality control checks to ensure marketing materials align with client goals.
  • Reporting and Insights: Prepare and deliver regular reports to clients, providing data-driven insights on campaign performance, KPIs, and actionable recommendations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and develop strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact to address inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Task Delegation and Oversight: Assign tasks to relevant teams (e.g., creative, analytics, and operations) to meet client requirements and ensure timely delivery.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to marketing operations, such as delays, campaign performance, or technical challenges.
  • Campaign Monitoring: Monitor live campaigns to ensure performance aligns with client expectations and make adjustments as needed.
