Build and maintain relationships with clients (existing and potential), insurers, and reinsurers.
Ensure full compliance with SIB guidelines and E&O protocols.
Work in the best interests of clients and SIB by providing top-notch services and proactive assistance for clients' insurance needs relating to corporate accounts.
Maintain complete, accurate, and detailed records relating to policies, endorsements, invoices, placements, and claims. Complete administrative tasks such as paperwork, record-keeping, filing, and correspondence.
Provide accurate information to finance for business/revenue recording, reconcile revenue with the finance team, and manage receivables to ensure timely collection of all brokerage/fees.
Service clients' insurance programs throughout the year with full dedication and professionalism, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum client engagement and
Strive for professional excellence and progress towards the completion of ACII.
Perform other duties or assignments related to the Risk Engineering department and corporate team activities as deemed appropriate by management.
