Account Executive / MTO

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients (existing and potential), insurers, and reinsurers.
• Ensure full compliance with SIB guidelines and E&O protocols.
• Work in the best interests of clients and SIB by providing top-notch services and proactive assistance for clients' insurance needs relating to corporate accounts.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and detailed records relating to policies, endorsements, invoices, placements, and claims. Complete administrative tasks such as paperwork, record-keeping, filing, and correspondence.
• Provide accurate information to finance for business/revenue recording, reconcile revenue with the finance team, and manage receivables to ensure timely collection of all brokerage/fees.
• Service clients' insurance programs throughout the year with full dedication and professionalism, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum client engagement and
• Strive for professional excellence and progress towards the completion of ACII.
• Perform other duties or assignments related to the Risk Engineering department and corporate team activities as deemed appropriate by management.

Qualification:
Masters / MBA

Experience:
Fresh or 1-2 years of experience
