Job Description

The role involves creating virtual content both prior to and following a product's release into the supply chain. In addition to developing CGI models ranging from simple to complex, you will play a key role in enhancing the CGI team's capabilities, optimizing workflows, and increasing both output volume and quality. This will involve utilizing industry-standard software, including Maya, 3DS Max, and Blender, to produce high-quality 3D models.


  • Create high-quality 3D product models for photorealistic rendering using Maya, 3DS Max, and Blender.
  • Apply and edit layered artwork on 3D models, ensuring quality and consistency with the CGI team.
  • Work towards achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Develop and work from model creation matrices and support other processes/projects as needed.
  • Train associates on systems, software, and processes, while identifying and improving 3D modelling workflows.
  • Lead by example in punctuality, attitude, and productivity, maintaining a flexible approach to workload.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in CGI, with a focus on improving current services, developing team strategies, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Experience in creating and introducing processes, conducting training, and keeping up with CGI industry advancements.
  • Strong knowledge of Autodesk Maya, Blender, KeyShot, and iC3D, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Technically adept, with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills, with an understanding of data confidentiality.
  • Proven ability to meet high-quality standards and create training materials for team members.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
