As the Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance the brand’s online presence, engage with target audiences, and drive business growth. This role exists to ensure that the company’s social media platforms are effectively utilized to support marketing initiatives, build brand awareness, and foster community engagement. The Social Media Specialist will manage content creation, post scheduling, social media campaigns, and performance analytics to achieve the company’s digital marketing goals.


In this role, you will:


  • Create and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand voice and style.
  • Oversee day-to-day management of social media accounts, including posting, scheduling, and engaging with followers.
  • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including setting objectives, budgets, and targeting strategies.
  • Monitor and respond to social media interactions, fostering positive relationships with followers and addressing customer inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategy and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
  • Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective social media efforts.
  • Ensure all social media activities comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
