Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Senior Recruiter and Account Manager to join our client's team. In this role, you will manage the A-Z recruitment process and maintain the relationship with key client accounts, build strong relationships, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for both immediate and future hiring needs. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their hiring needs, business goals, and organizational culture. Identify opportunities to grow client accounts by offering additional services or solutions. Develop relationships with new potential clients to expand the company’s portfolio.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in r
ecruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing
Previous experience
managing client accounts and acting as a point of contact for multiple stakeholders.
Previous experience in the
Engineering or
Oil & Gas (O&G) industry is preferred.
Advanced English skills, both written and verbal. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills for closing candidates and managing client expectations. Ability to handle pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
