Senior Product Manager – Digital Banking (Muscat, Oman)
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to play a key role in the digital transformation of a leading Middle Eastern bank. Based in Muscat, Oman, you will lead the development and rollout of a new mobile banking application, shaping the bank’s digital product strategy and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities: - Drive end-to-end product development, from concept to launch, for the bank’s new mobile app.
- Define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Lead customer research, competitor analysis, and market trends assessment to refine product features.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, marketing, and business teams to deliver a world-class digital banking experience.
- Optimize user journeys, engagement, and conversion, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience.
- Work on product monetization strategies to enhance profitability.
- Define and track KPIs, using data-driven insights to drive continuous product improvements.
