§Conceptualize
elements of digital strategy and digital-enabled business change projects.
Develop approaches to programmatically deliver successful digital innovation

Digital Strategy/Transformational Projects Execution
§Manage and
deliver end-to-end digital programs and initiatives, leveraging agile and design-thinking
principles to drive sustainable implementation.
Dgitilzation
§Develop and
implement a comprehensive digitalization strategy aligned with the organizational
objectives and long-term vision.
§Collaborate with
various departments to assess current processes and identify areas for digital
optimization and automation.
§Lead the
evaluation, selection, and implementation of digital tools, platforms, and
solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
§Oversee the development
of digital solutions, including software applications, data analytics, and IoT
devices, to address business challenges and enhance competitiveness.
§Drive cultural
change and promote digital literacy across the organization by providing
training, guidance, and support to employees at all levels.
§Monitor and
evaluate the performance of digital initiatives, track key metrics, and
generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
§Stay abreast of
emerging technologies and industry trends, assess their potential impact on the
business, and recommend strategic investments.
§Ensure
compliance with data security and privacy regulations in all digitalization
efforts.
§Foster
partnerships with external stakeholders, including technology vendors,
consultants, and industry peers, to leverage expertise and resources.
§Present regular
progress reports and updates to senior management, highlighting achievements,
challenges, and opportunities.
§Drive advances in
technologies and architectures to increase the value delivered by technology
and digital capabilities.
§Elicit complex business
requirements using a variety of methods, such as interviews, document analysis,
workshops, and workflow analysis, to express the requirements in terms of
target user roles and goals.
§Develop approaches to

§Recommend activities related
to the design, development, and maintenance of the digital capabilities within
the enterprise architecture.
Leadership
§Provide overall direction
for the effective achievement of department objectives through leadership of
the HR department and by setting of individual objectives, managing
performance, recruiting qualified staff, developing and motivating staff,
provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal – in order to maximise
subordinate and directorate performance.
§Integrate digital
capabilities into processes, projects, and team dynamics. Execute and champion transformational
projects intended to develop a digital culture.
§Collaborate with the
colleagues in the Heads of Departments community, to synergise efforts across
SIP Group for the successful achievement of strategic objectives.
§In collaboration with
functional experts, seek and establish ways to develop talent across SIP Group,
championing talent solutions.
§Provide overall direction and guidance to
mentor, coach, motivate and challenge the direct reports and their teams
providing opportunities for growth and development.
Budgets and Plans
§Direct the preparation and
consolidation of the technology department budgets , employee related cost and
monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware
of anticipated costs/revenues; areas of unsatisfactory performance are
identified and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalised
upon.
Policies, Systems,Processes& Procedures
§The implementation of
departmental policies, systems, processes, procedures and controls covering all
areas of department so that all relevant
procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality,
cost-effective service in a consistent manner.
Quality, Health, Safety, & Environment
§The compliance of all
relevant quality, health, safety and environmental management policies,
procedures and controls across the function to guarantee employee safety,
legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a
responsible environmental attitude.
Management Reports
§Ensure that all departmental
reports, completed timely and comply with SIP Group’s policies and standards.
§The preparation of
periodical management reports and progress reports to keep the senior
management informed about the progress of various initiatives and to facilitate
decision-making.
Minimum Qualification, Experience & Knowledge & Skills
§Bachelor’s
degree in Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing,
other relevant degree.
§Relevant
experience in Digitilization Projects, Commercial, Market Analysis &
Stakeholder Engagement.
§Experience of
planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives as
specified by more senior managers (Over 3 years to 6 years).
§10 years’
experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role in planning and managing
resources to deliver predetermined objectives
§Previous experience in logisctic sector is
preferred.
§Profen experience in change management, commercial acumen and cultural transformation.
§Knowledge of
development and implementation of strategies, policies, procedures and systems.
