Main Tasks and Responsibilities: 
Responsible in leading C&A team in the engineering department, the following are main 
responsibilities:  
• Managing the day-to-day activities of the C&A team. 
• Follow up and give guidance to the C&A team to achieve project delivery on time. 
• Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets. 
• Delegating tasks to team members as per project requirements 
• Conducting weekly performance reviews and provide progress reports to the management. 
In addition to the above leadership roles, the candidate will be a Focal point of all Control & 
Automation aspects (Concept, Technical Clarifications, FEED, Engineering, Commissioning and 
Construction) of OQGN Project. 
Including modifications in accordance with the technical standards set to preserve the assets 
through, but not limited to: 
1) Serve as SME in their discipline and hence having the skills and know how to identify and 
troubleshoot issues related to C&A design, construction and installation of infrastructure, to 
optimize availability and reliability and share best practices,  
(2) To define, identify and optimize codes and standards related to C&A engineering in Gas 
Network, in addition to deploying and standardizing, the tools and  
(3) Provide timely technical solutions to improve, optimize project design, and technical 
specifications. 
Qualification:
Engineering degree with 15 years of experience in Oil& Gas as preference
