Job Description

Job role:Responsible for taking care of the poultry breeder farm production and rearing operations to ensure that daily flock and egg production duties and processes are carried out in compliance with company standards, work procedures, and production specifications.Roles and responsibilities:Policies & Procedures: Implement the Breeder department's policies and procedures to achieve the department's objectives effectively.Breeder Activities: Supervise and coordinate feeding, watering, cleaning, and production operations in the breeder farm, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and maintaining high-quality output.People Management: Manage subordinates’ performance, training, recruitment, and attendance while ensuring proper staffing during absences or leaves.Compliance & Safety: Oversee the implementation of food safety programs, including HACCP, SSOPs, and GMPs, while ensuring clean and efficient rearing and egg production processes.Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports on breeder activities to the Direct Manager, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
