We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our client's team. In this role, you will manage key client accounts, build strong relationships, and ensure exceptional service delivery. You will play a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction, enhancing business opportunities, and supporting a high-performing recruitment team.

Responsibilities:



Serve as the primary point of contact for contract staff, ensuring high-quality service and responsiveness. Source new leads and secure vacancies for the recruitment team. Drive the performance of the recruitment team to meet client requirements. Build a personal brand and establish yourself as an industry expert through networking and client solutions. Identify opportunities to improve supplier relationships and address competitor activity. Collaborate with internal teams to support invoicing and credit control processes. Maintain in-depth knowledge of client contracts and compliance requirements. Represent the company in external meetings, identifying client needs and providing tailored solutions. Support bids, tenders, and proposals for client accounts in coordination with the commercial team. Share best practices and insights with the wider team to improve performance. Respond to client requests for information (RFIs) and ensure timely delivery. Identify and develop new business opportunities, projects, or geographies for client accounts.

Qualifications



3-5 years of experience in

Sales or Account Management.



Strong customer service skills with attention to detail.
Previous experience in the Engineering or Oil & Gas (O&G) industry is preferred. Advanced English skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Outgoing, engaging personality and excellent communication skills. Determined and goal-oriented, with the ability to multitask and achieve results.
