Sales and Business Development Engineer- Muscat, Oman

Join our Smart Infrastructure Team as the Sales and Business Development Engineer help us re-imagine the world by finding solutions and making the world a more inquisitive place for tomorrow.


You‘ll make a difference by


  • Spotting opportunities for local product and service portfolio solutions (upgrading and  modification, spare parts, Service contracts, digital services) for protection, automation, low & medium voltage systems
  • Planning sales volumes and potentials of all customers.
  • Ensuring up to date market information through internal and external partners
  • Prepares / coordinates and negotiates proposals in cooperation with proposal mgmt / other involved professionals and management
  • Preparing customer contact, builds and maintains a customer focused network

Your success is grounded in


  • Electrical or Electronics Engineering Degree
  • 5-8 years of relevant work experience in Sales or Business Development (experience within Oman)
  • Experience working in Oil & Gas and Utility Sector Spots opportunities for local product and service portfolio solutions (Upgradation, modification, spare parts, Service contracts, digital services) for protection, automation, low & medium voltage systems
  • Hand-on experience working with Electrical products- LV, Switchgear, protection automation
