We are looking for an RP Structural Supervisor for one of our clients with the following details:

End Date: 31-MAR-2026
Location: Doha/Oman
Work status: Resident, Single
ACTIVITIES
RP Jacket & Bridge Construction Coordinator
To promote & comply with applicable safety instructions and other COMPANY HSE procedures in all activities.
To carry out work in compliance with COMPANY values and policies, relevant laws, and regulations, agreed COMPANY priorities and objectives, COMPANY standards and procedures and good industry practices.
To treat all information obtained during course of the work with confidentiality.
During fabrication and pre-commissioning phases, the job holder shall:
Review the relevant Contractor's ITP's and procedures (in coordination with structural activities),
Monitor and control the implementation on site of the approved drawings and plans, surveillance plans, Inspection, and test plans.
Carry out fit-up inspection, visual inspections of welding process.
Carry out dimension inspections.
Monitor and control CTR’s daily / weekly progress report for pre-fabrication, assembly, erection, post erection activities.
Follow up on the implementation of decided action plans, or other mitigation plan issued.
Stop & report immediately any anomaly or non-conformity to Construction Head.
Attend and participate when requested, to the various construction meetings, and provide support to structural superintendent in its various reviews.
Participate to construction, HSE or QAQC specific audits or visits; Provide regular inspection & activity reports.
Monitor raw materials delivery.
Responsible for monitoring contractor’s labor resources in accordance with approved mobilization plan and report to Construction Head
Assist reporting during all phases and more particularly the close-out report and lesson learn.
Drive punch list close out in a timely fashion
Ensure the correct implementation of the Permit to Work system.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering and construction
At least 10 years’ experience in offshore structural fabrication the offshore oil & gas project, with minimum 3 years’ experience in fixed platforms – topside and/or jacket.

Familiar with TotalEnergies General Specifications, relevant codes(API RP 2A-WSD, ASW D1.1, and etc)
Ability to work in a team oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
Language: Fluent in English,
