Following and improving document control procedures
Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards
Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of clients and industry professionals
Producing document progress reports for senior managers
Conducting regular reviews and document audits
Using computers to organise and distribute documents within a company
Helping in the planning stages of a specific project
Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other QA/QC documents.
Liaise the Technical Engineer for submission of material submittal to the Consultant
Coordinate with the consultant's representative and Site In-charge for inspection.
Requirements
The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Civil-QA/QC Engineer.
Candidates should have BTch in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field are mandatory.
The candidate has concrete repairs and refurbishment experience is preferable.
The candidate is responsible for the quality and workmanship of every activity, thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural, and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary operations.
The candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment and extremely detail-oriented
Additional certification in Quality Assurance is a plus
