Strategic development and implementation of employer brand campaigns
- Drive the employer brand through local PR, social media engagement, and media partners.
- Closely work with the management.
- Attracts New Talent and Boosts Employee Retention.
- Drive the employer brand through local PR, social media engagement, and media partners.
- Establish, maintain, and instill a consistent corporate branding presence using the Corporate Branding Guidelines which in turn increase number of followers and positive engagement on Omantel social media platforms.
Internal & External Entities Connection
- Build Corporate Identity & Culture
- In charge of alignments of Omantel Employee campaigns, identify internal story tellers about Omantel, do internal competitions for staff.
Cultural Understanding & Market trends analysis
- Organizing focus groups or events to reinforce team building and communication.
- Be proactive and take steps to ensure that the employees are content and committed.
- Develop the employee value proposition (EVP) and translate it into powerful and creative campaigns to engage existing employees and intrigue potential ones.
- Design, build and execute a portfolio of employee engagement and recruitment marketing content (videos, ads, etc.) to bring our employer brand to life and increase employee engagement.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS Knowledge / Technical Skills
- Know-how in project management and personnel management.
- A strong willingness to change and the ability to implement things independently.
- Enthusiasm and the ability to convince and motivate colleagues at all hierarchy levels to support the employer brand.
- Strong interest in integrating people from different cultural backgrounds into the company and developing creative measures to achieve this goal.
- Insight and knowledge of internal business regulations.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify the core values their brand represents.
- Establish an employer brand identity that showcases Omantel’s unique character, values, and culture.
- Measure, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to identify strengths and areas for improvement regarding branding strategy.
